Balance Wealth treats your financial data with the same care a fiduciary brings to managing your money — because they are the same thing.
- Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3)Every byte you type is encrypted between your browser and our servers using the same protocol your bank uses.
- Encrypted at rest (AES-256)Stored encrypted in Cloudflare KV, a SOC 2 Type II compliant system. Only Balance Wealth advisors can access it.
- Never sent through emailYour responses post directly into Balance Wealth’s submission system. They don’t pass through inboxes, attachments, or third-party messaging.
- No third-party trackersThis page does not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising tags, or any external data brokers.
- Limited retentionSubmissions are kept only as long as required for client suitability records (5 years per SEC Rule 204-2), then automatically deleted.
- What we don’t ask forNo Social Security number. No account numbers. No banking credentials. Only the information your advisor actually needs.
- Compliant by designSEC Regulation S-P (privacy of consumer financial information), Reg S-ID (identity theft red flags), and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act safeguards rule.
